Job summary

Thrive is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer in the United States to design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. You will implement automation using Flow Designer, write server-side logic, and optimize data movement with Snowflake for reporting and client portal data.

You will collaborate with product, DevOps, and service delivery teams to turn business requirements into scalable solutions, while ensuring security and release processes are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem.
• Experience building ServiceNow integrations with REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON parsing.
• Working SQL knowledge: joins, aggregations, CTEs, filtering.
• Experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow automation tools.
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs and role-based security.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain two-way ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP.
• Develop server-side logic: Business Rules, Script Includes, Transform Maps.
• Build automations with Flow Designer and workflows.
• Write and optimize Snowflake SQL for data movement into ServiceNow.
• Manage data pipelines between Snowflake and ServiceNow.
• Implement ACLs and least-privilege data security.
• Troubleshoot production integration issues and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and release processes.
• Document designs, data mappings, runbooks, decisions.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps and service delivery teams.
