Job summary

Jobgether is listing a Senior Manager, Engineering position on behalf of a partner company in the United States. This fully remote role leads a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and security, driving operational excellence and governance.

You will guide the transition of outsourced services in-house, establish delivery cadences, and collaborate with IT leadership and vendors to modernize enterprise systems and accelerate AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering or infrastructure roles with leadership experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and production systems.
• Experience transitioning vendor-built platforms in-house.
• Enterprise tech experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team across security, cloud, and AI enablement.
• Establish scalable engineering operations with runbooks, on-call rotations, and delivery reporting.
• Oversee production operations and cloud platform reliability (Azure, Data Factory, Storage, Power BI).
• Drive security governance and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Manage external engineering partners and vendor transitions to internal teams.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and integration teams on enterprise initiatives and migrations.
