Job summary

Capital One is seeking an Integration Engineer to join a fast-paced, collaborative team responsible for building and supporting DevOps tools with emerging technologies. The role focuses on platform reliability, security, and scaling across multiple AWS services and Google Workspace integrations.

You will work with data owners, drive automation, and partner with Architecture and Software Engineers to deliver secure, scalable solutions. A strong background in CI/CD and cloud tooling is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory).
• At least 2 years of experience with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Understand application capabilities with data owners and explain limitations in non-technical terms.
• Maintain operational aspects of the platform and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Monitor platform support channels and address customer questions and issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Workspace features and best practices.
• Improve file storage governance, audit, and retention practices.
• Provision and deploy solutions across business teams.
• Lead platform availability, resilience, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Architecture to align platforms to latest designs.
• Develop and apply best practices to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure seamless operation on platforms.
• Ensure strong security, logging, monitoring and access controls.
