Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with AWS.
• At least 1 year of experience administering Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Workspace for the organization.
• Provide prompt and effective technical support to users.
• Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Workspace features and best practices.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials.
• Focus on operating the platform’s underlying aspects and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor Slack channels and address customer questions.
• Lead availability, resilience and scalability of the platform.
• Collaborate with Architecture to align platforms with latest design.
• Encourage automation and diverse, inclusive teamwork.
• Develop and utilize best practices to enhance user experience.
• Utilize scripting languages like Python and Bash.

• Collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure compatibility.
