Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in build/deploy tooling and platform engineering.
• Experience with AWS and Google Workspace administration.
• Proven leadership of diverse engineering teams.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and DevOps tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, effective technical support; troubleshoot and answer questions.
• Monitor performance, security, and data integrity; take proactive actions.
• Stay current with Google Workspace features; implement updates.
• Develop clear docs and training materials for users.
• Build and maintain operational aspects of the platform; remediate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Architecture to align platforms with latest standards.
