Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 4 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory).
• At least 2 years of experience with AWS.
• At least 1 year of experience administering Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Workspace for our organization.
• Provide prompt and effective technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
• Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity, addressing potential problems.
• Stay up-to-date with Google Workspace features and best practices; implement updates as needed.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for users.
• Focus on building and maintaining the platform's operational aspects including remediating vulnerabilities.
• Monitor platform support Slack channels and address customer questions and issues.
• Lead the availability, resilience and scalability of the platform.
• Collaborate with Architecture to align platforms with latest design and configuration.
• Encourage innovation and automation, inclusion, and teamwork in processes.
• Develop and utilize best practices to enhance user experience.
• Utilize scripting languages like Python, Bash, etc.
• Work with AWS tools and services and containerization like Docker and ECS.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure software works on the platforms.
