You will own delivering reliable, high-performance systems for reinforcement learning environments and post-training datasets. The role focuses on tight platform-research integration, scalability, and mission-critical infrastructure ownership within a fast-growing AI startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong software/infrastructure engineering — distributed systems, platform, scaling.
• Fast code comprehension + problem-solving (non-LeetCode rounds).

• Build and scale the internal data-production platform
