Job summary

Rnb Consultancy in San Francisco is seeking a senior backend engineer to own the internal platform that generates post-training data for leading AI labs. You will scale throughput, reliability, orchestration, and data flow while solving low-level infra challenges related to databases, messaging, and concurrency.

You will work closely with researchers to define platform needs and advance the data ecosystem that frontier models rely on.

Qualifications

• Owner of an internal platform and grew it at scale.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems or concurrency below the application layer.
• Curiosity about AI research and passion for infrastructure.
