You will coordinate with power, mechanical, firmware, PCB layout, validation, and design stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, manufacturable hardware on aggressive schedules. Must have strong board design experience, CADENCE tools, high‑speed interfaces, and knowledge of PCIe/USB switch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred.
• Strong board hardware and system design experience.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams for hardware development from concept to production.
• Define system and hardware architecture, BOM, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with power, mechanical, firmware, PCB layout, validation, and design stakeholders.
• Drive design verification, bring-up, and debug to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
• Publish design documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
