Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) seeks a senior engineering leader to own and evolve the platforms, infrastructure, and software delivery capabilities behind our network automation strategy. Our automation ecosystem supports 70,000+ network devices and demands scalable, secure, resilient operation.

You will partner with Automation Developers, Network Engineers, Security, Global Systems, cloud teams, and business stakeholders to build a maintainable automation ecosystem with strong platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT engineering with hands-on DevOps or platform leadership.
• Proven Kubernetes deployment and operations in production.
• Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, Helm, Docker, GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands-on AWS IAM, EKS, EC2, VPC, S3, and monitoring.
• Experience enabling DevSecOps across the software lifecycle.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, deployment, operation, and lifecycle of network automation apps and services.
• Design and operate containerized apps on Kubernetes using Helm, Argo, Terraform.
• Own Nautobot stack: Python/Django, Celery, uWSGI/NGINX, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab CI/CD.
• Lead upgrades, plugin lifecycle, performance tuning, capacity planning, observability.
• Establish reliable release processes across development, test, production environments.
• Partner with Global Systems and cloud teams to evolve AWS infrastructure and DR.
• Embed DevSecOps practices and security validation.
