Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a senior hands-on engineering leader to own the platform engineering, automation, and delivery capabilities behind our network automation strategy.

You will partner with Automation Developers, Network Engineers, Security, and cloud teams to build a scalable, secure, resilient automation ecosystem for thousands of devices and services in a modern cloud environment. This is a high-impact role requiring leadership and deep technical expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT engineering experience, including 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Proven experience deploying and operating production apps on Kubernetes.
• Strong hands-on AWS including IAM, EKS, EC2, VPC, S3, security controls, monitoring.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, Docker, Git, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, deployment, operation, and lifecycle of network automation apps.
• Design and operate containerized apps on Kubernetes using Helm, Argo, Terraform.
• Lead Nautobot stack: Python/Django, Celery, uWSGI/NGINX, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab CI/CD.
• Establish reliable release processes across dev, test, prod environments.
• Embed DevSecOps practices and ensure security compliance.
