Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a senior, hands-on engineering leader to own the platform engineering, automation, and DevSecOps capabilities behind our network automation strategy. You will guide Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD across a large-scale ecosystem of 70,000 devices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT engineering experience with 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Proven experience deploying and operating production apps on Kubernetes.
• Hands-on AWS experience including IAM, EKS, EC2, VPC, S3, security controls, monitoring.
• Experience with distributed application platforms using Kubernetes, Celery, Redis and containers.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security scanning across the software lifecycle.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions, solve complex platform problems, and guide engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, deployment, operation, and lifecycle of network automation applications and services.
• Design and operate containerized apps on Kubernetes using Helm, Argo, and Terraform.
• Own Nautobot platform stack: Python/Django, Celery, uWSGI/NGINX, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab CI/CD.
• Lead platform upgrades, plugin lifecycle management, performance tuning, capacity planning, resiliency, and observability.
