The successful candidate will guide SAP SuccessFactors, Eightfold, and related platforms, partnering with SI, EBS, and architecture teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise HR technology, platform engineering, or technology delivery within global organizations.
• Deep experience with leading enterprise HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Strong governance, architecture, security, and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic platform ownership for enterprise HR and Corporate Technology platforms, ensuring modernization and health align with enterprise standards.
• Lead HCM platform evaluation and implementation activities, partnering with SI and EBS, ensuring security, data integrity, and production readiness.
