Job summary
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Technical Director, HR & Corporate Technology Platform Engineering to own the platform engineering roadmap, lifecycle, modernization, and health of enterprise HR and Corporate Technology platforms. You will guide architecture, security, and scalability across SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle Cloud HCM within a global context.
You will lead strategic platform engineering efforts, engage with SI and EBS partners, and balance operational continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Human Resources Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application engineering, HR technology, HCM platforms, platform engineering, or technology delivery within complex global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform engineering roadmap, lifecycle modernization, and health of enterprise HR and Corporate Technology platforms.
- Provide engineering leadership for migration from legacy HR tech to modern enterprise SaaS HCM solutions.
- Lead engagement with System Integrators, EBS, and strategic partners for platform governance and delivery.
