The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Executive Director of Cloud Platform Engineering to define and execute the global platform strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This leader will build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, globally distributed engineering organization focused on Developer Experience, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, and SRE.

The role partners with Security, Enterprise Architecture, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, cost-effective cloud platforms

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Proven experience building Platform Engineering, DevOps, and SRE orgs in large enterprises.

• Build and lead a globally distributed engineering organization.
