Ability to translate business requirements into SmartReach configuration and dialing strategies.
Strong troubleshooting of outbound campaigns and TCPA/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

Configure, launch, maintain outbound campaigns in SmartReach/LiveVox.
Troubleshoot platform and campaign configurations to improve results.
Analyze campaign performance and identify configuration changes.
Collaborate with business/operations to determine configuration changes.
Support UAT, production releases, and post-deployment validation for SmartReach changes.
