Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and building distributed systems.
• Experience guiding multiple teams on scaling and refactoring.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React.
• Ability to articulate complex technical tradeoffs.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and test the platform for tax compliance.
• Scale a large Ruby/Rails and TS/React app.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams.
