Job summary

Realtor.com in Austin is building an Organic Growth Engineering team. We seek a senior Technical SEO & Social Lead who will own the platform infrastructure for SEO, organic social, and listing-share deeplinking, and set the technical direction for crawled, rendered, indexed, and shared content at scale.

You'll partner with product managers and engineering managers to translate strategy into platform changes, drive fixes across multiple systems, define reliability targets, and mentor engineers

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional Organic Growth platform engineering initiatives.
• Strong background in SEO, structured data, crawl/indexing, and deeplinking.
• Ability to set technical direction and coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical strategy for SEO at scale, including crawl, indexation, canonicalization, robots, sitemaps, and rendering.
• Own org sharing reliability including deeplink generation, attribution, and cross-channel integration.
• Lead SEO and deeplinking incident response and establish incident processes, runbooks, and post-mortems.
