Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional peers and senior stakeholders by translating SEO insights into business language.
• Track record of scaling organic search as a performance channel through content, technical SEO, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• Experience with technical SEO implementation, including indexation, crawl optimization, page speed, and structured data.
• Preferred: 10+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS environments; AI/LLM-driven SEO/AEO workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of SEO and AEO experts, building a high-performing team culture.
• Own and establish goals, outcomes, and strategy for the SEO/AEO team, aligning with marketing and product objectives.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentorship, and guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, growth product, and engineering teams.
• Ensure the team delivers on technical SEO priorities (site hygiene, accessibility, structured data).
• Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate marketing impact and communicate progress to leadership.
• Influence cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Lead industry transitions (AI-powered search, Google SGE, LLM-driven discovery) and navigate changes.
