Job summary

Opendoor is seeking a Sr. Manager to own SEO end-to-end for buyer and seller sites. You will shape technical and content strategies, prioritize bets, and partner with Engineering on rendering, speed, and structured data.

Qualifications

• Depth of SEO across technical and content strategy with leadership experience.
• Record of driving organic traffic and conversions at scale (thousands of pages).
• Deep understanding of crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals and schema markup.
• Experience running a search-intent prioritization framework at scale.
• Fluency with Google Search Console and Ahrefs; SQL/BI comfort to defend numbers.
• Knowledge of how LLM-based search surfaces cite and rank content.
• Clear written communication; ability to present roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset; able to unblock work with limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy across seller and buyer pages and markets.
• Drive the technical SEO roadmap with engineering for rendering, speed, and structured data.
• Lead a search-intent prioritization framework guiding content and tech roadmaps.
• Track AI search presence and optimize brand signals in AI outputs.
• Build SEO reporting tying organic metrics to account creates and contracts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, and Performance Marketing.
• Create automated keyword research and content/technical audits using AI.
