Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience with ownership of enterprise-level SEO strategies.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO including site architecture, crawlability, indexability, schema markup.
• Experience developing SEO content strategies including keyword research and topical authority.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in large or matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset translating data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global SEO and AI visibility strategy to grow organic traffic and leads.
• Lead SEO initiatives from opportunity through implementation and measurement.
• Own annual and quarterly SEO KPIs tied to traffic, visibility, and business impact.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, indexability, and schema markup.
• Optimize website content across products, blogs, and digital experiences for search performance.
• Perform keyword research and content gap analyses to support business goals.
• Monitor SEO/AI performance via analytics and reporting dashboards, with actionable insights.
• Analyze search trends, competitor activity, and AI-driven search opportunities.
• Contribute to testing and optimization programs to boost organic traffic and engagement.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, UX, product, content, and tech teams to embed SEO best practices.
