Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer for the Productivity & Cloud team to advance CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, enabling developer productivity and reliable operations.

You will collaborate with data, AI and product teams to scale our AI‑driven healthcare platform, implement IaC for Kubernetes and AWS, and improve security, performance and observability in a fast‑growing remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field with 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and software development.
• Proficiency in Linux operations and Shell scripting (e.g., Bash) for automation and system management.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD build systems (e.g., Docker, AWS EKS, Bitbucket Pipelines, Git or similar tools).
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS and IAM for cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience with cloud networking and traffic management, including load balancing (e.g., ALB, NLB), VPC networking and DNS (e.g., Route 53).
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) development.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and evolve the developer experience by improving processes, productivity, security and quality across the entire development lifecycle.
• Own, maintain and continuously improve the CI/CD pipeline to streamline software delivery.
• Build and manage infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) solutions for Kubernetes and AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, scalability and reliability.
• Respond to and resolve support requests and production issues related to the application platform and cloud infrastructure.
• Identify, analyze and proactively resolve bottlenecks in engineering productivity, collaborating with teams to understand their challenges and optimize workflows.
• Develop and provide self‑service tools and automation scripts to empower engineers to work independently and efficiently.
• Partner with the Security team to enforce best practices and mitigate vulnerability issues and security incidents.
• Collaborate well with other functional teams and support their initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
