Job summary

ReflexAI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to establish and grow its Platform Engineering function. This role operates across multi-cloud infrastructure (GCP + AWS), expands golden paths, and enhances observability, security, and developer tooling.

You will help shape the technical vision while delivering high-quality software and systems. You will automate infrastructure, refine CI/CD, and empower engineers with reliable tooling as the second member of a new team. U.S.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, and platform engineering roles.
Deep hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (GCP and AWS) as well as Terraform and Terragrunt, CloudRun, Fargate, and managed Kubernetes.
Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, guard rails, and golden paths for modern application stacks.
Proficiency in modern observability ecosystems (Datadog is a major plus).
Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, container security, and network architecture.

Responsibilities

Design, automate, and reduce toil for ReflexAI’s multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS.
Work with Terraform and Terragrunt, Github, Kubernetes, and AI-driven development tools.
Own tooling to build, test, and deploy code; standardize pipelines and guard rails.
Improve on-call ergonomics and expand observability, security, and cost-efficiency with Datadog.
