Job summary

ReflexAI is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer in the United States to establish and grow the Platform Engineering function. You will build and maintain the multi-cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS), refine observability, and elevate security and compliance with every commit.

You will join as the second member of a new team, influencing technical vision and cross-team collaboration. You will lead the effort to create safe, reliable production paths, developer tooling, and standardized pipelines,

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, and platform engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (GCP and AWS) and Terraform/Terragrunt.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, guard rails, and golden paths.
• Proficiency in modern observability ecosystems (Datadog is a major plus).
• Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, container security, and network architecture.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this VA contract.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine ReflexAI’s multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS.
• Own tooling for building, testing, and deploying code; standardize pipelines and guard rails.
• Improve observability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency with Datadog.
• Strengthen security practices including secrets management, IAM, and container security.
