Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years building and operating production software with senior leadership.
• Experience leading cross‑team platform migrations and re-platforming.
• Strong design, documentation, and stakeholder‑communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical plan and delivery for multiple tracks from design through launch.
• Migrate large volumes of content and data with careful verification.
• Build shared platform capabilities exposed via clean APIs.
• Provide honest assessment of technical debt and prioritization.
• Act as technical point of contact for escalations and RCAs.
• Ensure security, stability, and governance across platforms.
• Define design patterns, tooling, and observability standards.
