Qualifications

• Significant Java engineering experience with framework/library development.
• Strong Spring Boot internals knowledge — auto-configuration and lifecycle.
• Experience building test automation for library/framework code.
• Understanding semantic versioning and multi-version strategies.
• Hands-on with containerized applications and runtime systems.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development adoption.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling, Terraform, and Spinnaker.
• Strong system design skills and ability to guide long-term decisions.
• Proven technical lead experience and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a proprietary Java framework built on Spring Boot
• Own and evolve the framework versioning and release strategy
• Build and maintain the test automation strategy for the framework
• Conduct rigorous, high-quality PR reviews
• Own the team's approach to containerized delivery and runtime interactions
• Contribute to shared platform services and the full build-to-runtime picture
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices with validation standards
• Apply SDLC tooling knowledge to improve automation value
• Participate in global platform design discussions and cross-site decisions
• Diagnose cross-cutting framework-layer issues and apply system design principles
