You will lead critical software efforts, architect scalable systems, and drive AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and delivery pace.

You will mentor teams, deliver secure code, and collaborate across functions to meet business objectives in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape.

Competenze

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and practices.
• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
