Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Server-Side Engineer to design, build, and operate core backend platforms that power high-throughput services. You will architect distributed systems, implement scalable data processing, and ensure reliable performance for multiple engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of backend experience, strong Java/Go/Scala/C++ skills, and hands-on work with Kafka, Pulsar, or NATS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend, platform, or software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in distributed systems design and building internal platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and search tech.
• Experience leading technical projects and cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
