Ladders is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer, Enterprise Products, to join a leader in Telecommunications & Hardware. Location is Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $322,000 annually and includes equity and comprehensive benefits.

The role focuses on architecting and advancing enterprise platform solutions that combine compute, networking, and storage. You will collaborate with product leaders, engineering teams, and external partners to drive solution

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer, Enterprise Products to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will focus on architecting and advancing enterprise platform solutions that bring together compute, networking, and storage capabilities. You will collaborate closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and external partners to validate concepts, resolve integration challenges, and improve solution readiness. The position is ideal for a seasoned platform engineer who enjoys hands-on technical problem solving and shaping innovative infrastructure experiences for enterprise customers.
