We are seeking aSolutions Engineer – AI Platform for aFull-Time role based in California. Our client is a well-capitalized, high-growth enterprise infrastructure and compute platform provider engineering large-scale, multi-vendor accelerator environments. Their core software platform focuses on orchestration, distributed cluster management, platform abstraction, and high-efficiency workload scaling to optimize high-performance compute resources for enterprise teams.

This is an exceptional ground-floor opportunity to join an expanding commercial team as the primary technical bridge between complex infrastructure orchestration and enterprise engineering teams. The #1 feature of this opportunity isthe chance to shape platform abstraction at immense physical scale: you will work directly alongside sales leadership to engage enterprise platform architects, lead technical discovery, and demonstrate how modern orchestration simplifies large-scale accelerated computing. We are looking for an adaptable, customer-facing platform technologist with strong Kubernetes and distributed systems fundamentals who aspires to grow into technical leadership. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or customer-facing platform/systems engineering.
• Deep technical mastery of containerization and orchestration at scale, specifically enterprise Kubernetes (K8s) and high-performance scheduler integrations.
• Hands-on architectural experience with large-scale accelerator infrastructure, multi-node clustering, and workload abstraction across diverse hardware environments.
• Familiarity with distributed storage integrations, cluster telemetry, and low-latency networking concepts supporting compute-intensive platforms.
• Proven ability to co-own commercial opportunities with enterprise account executives, leading technical qualification, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and architecture design sessions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate architectural trade-offs to senior engineering leaders and C-level decision-makers.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with platform tooling across multi-tenant enterprise environments, MLOps orchestration stacks, or high-performance schedulers (e.g., Slurm, Ray, Kubernetes operators).
• Prior background at enterprise software companies, cloud-native infrastructure providers, or specialized cloud environments.
• Hands-on scripting and automation capability (Python, Go, Bash, Terraform, or Helm).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
