Job summary

Cliff Services Inc in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to drive SDLC, DevEx and DevSecOps across large-scale enterprise delivery environments. You will design automation, integrate platforms, and enable engineering teams to accelerate secure software delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in platform engineering or related fields, and deep knowledge of GitLab Enterprise, CI/CD, and security practices.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of platform engineering or related tech experience.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant technology experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years of education and/or relevant work experience including 5 years in platform engineering/DevOps.
Expert knowledge of enterprise developer platforms (GitLab, SonarQube, Artifactory, Mend, CI/CD platforms).
Experience building and supporting large-scale enterprise software delivery environments.
Experience designing automation, platform integrations, APIs, and engineering enablement solutions.
Experience supporting secure software development and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automation and platform integrations for engineering teams.
Support secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices across the organization.
Lead enterprise tooling initiatives and developer experience enhancements.
