FINN is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to scale our cloud infrastructure across Southeast Asia and Africa. You will own platform‑level infra, observability, and security tooling in a remote, high‑growth setting.

You’ll lead IaC, CI/CD, and multi‑cloud operations, enabling rapid market launches while collaborating with cross‑functional squads. Strong AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.
• Strong cloud infrastructure expertise across compute, networking, identity, monitoring, storage, and databases (AWS focus).
• Container orchestration in production (Kubernetes).
• IaC at scale (Terraform).
• CI/CD pipeline design with automated testing and deployment strategies.
• Linux systems administration and OS debugging.
• Monitoring and observability setup and incident response.
• Security mindset with access control and network security practices.
• Strong communication to explain infra decisions to non‑infra teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Manage container orchestration workloads including upgrades and autoscaling.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with testing and deployment automation.
• Drive observability with monitoring, logging, and tracing across services.
• Harden security posture with cloud security practices and automated checks.
• Manage multi‑cloud workloads across providers.
• Operate messaging infrastructure in event‑driven architectures.
• Standardize infrastructure provisioning for rapid multi‑market launches.
• Support engineering with self‑service tooling and on‑call support.
