Job summary

FINN is hiring for a Senior DevOps/SRE role to own cloud infrastructure, manage Kubernetes workloads, and drive CI/CD and observability across a multi-cloud environment. The team supports expansion to new markets and fintech services with strong security and automation focus.

You will work remotely with a global team, ensuring reliable operations, rapid deployments, and scalable infrastructure as FINN scales beyond its initial markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.
• Strong cloud infrastructure expertise — AWS.
• Container orchestration in production — Kubernetes.
• IaC at scale — Terraform.
• CI/CD pipeline design and deployment strategies.
• Linux systems administration.
• Monitoring and observability capabilities.
• Security mindset with best practices.
• Strong communication to explain infra decisions.
• Ability to work ≥40h/week with overlap to UTC+8.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Manage container orchestration workloads — upgrades, deployments, autoscaling.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and gates.
• Drive observability — monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing.
• Harden security posture, access control, network security, CI gates.
• Manage multi-cloud infrastructure across providers.
• Operate messaging infrastructure with event-driven design.
• Standardize market launches with repeatable provisioning.
• Support engineers with self-service tooling and guidance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and root-cause analysis.
