Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to evolve our platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability practices. You will own deployment automation, IaC, and Kubernetes operations for a high-velocity engineering team.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment patterns.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform or similar tooling across multi-environment infra.
• GitOps workflows with ArgoCD as source of truth for deployments.
• Cloud infrastructure at scale (GCP preferred) including compute, networking, storage, queues, serverless, IAM, logging.
• Kubernetes: production ops, scheduling, autoscaling, networking, debugging.
• Helm charts for templated deployments across environments.
• Experience deploying and tuning relational and NoSQL data stores, caches, backups, and replication.
• Reliability: SLIs/SLOs, alerting, incident response, blameless post-mortems.
• Security: IAM, secrets management, network policy, supply-chain hygiene.
• Bonus: Java application release engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the DevOps effort for a global engineering team and a platform handling millions of transactions daily.
• Improve development process and tooling: source control, build, test, packaging, release, deployment.
• Enhance infrastructure configuration, management, and cost efficiency.
• Improve monitoring and observability for availability and performance across services.
• Collaborate with tech leads to improve architecture maintainability and resilience.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers on DevOps practices.
• Strengthen information security posture with best practices.
• Contribute to development and operations standards and processes.
