Job summary

Rezilient Health is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based care delivery platform. You will design, provision, and operate infrastructure, observability, and automation to keep services fast, secure, and compliant with PHI/HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities include IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation, managing CI/CD pipelines, building full-stack observability, leading incident response, and collaborating with Security and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in CS/SE or related field.
• 5+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or infrastructure roles, healthcare preferred.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure using IaC across environments.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines with automated testing gates and rollouts.
• Build observability: metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards; define SLOs/SLIs.
• Lead incident response with on-call, triage, postmortems, and blameless fixes.
• Automate operational toil through scripting and tooling.
• Design for scalability: autoscaling, DR, RTO/RPO planning.
• Manage containers with Docker/Kubernetes; networking and service discovery.
• Harden infrastructure with security practices; PHI/HIPAA compliant handling.
• Collaborate with dev teams to embed reliability from design to production.
