Job summary

Crossbeam is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our distributed engineering team in shaping a reliable, scalable platform. You will own major platform initiatives, design architecture, automate at scale, and guide other engineers in best practices.

You will work hands-on across AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, building robust CI/CD pipelines and strengthening observability while supporting on‑call and incident response.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in SRE/platform/infrastructure engineering with ownership.
• Deep production experience with Kubernetes and Docker at scale.
• Strong AWS expertise and complex cloud architectures.
• Advanced Terraform and IaC experience.
• Proven ability to design CI/CD pipelines and automate at scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and evolve highly available, scalable infrastructure.
• Lead major reliability initiatives from design to production.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions.
• Improve core infra around AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
• Strengthen observability and handle on‑call rotation and incidents.
