You will lead platform enablement across IaC, CI/CD, and security tooling, partnering with multiple engineering teams to drive self-service patterns and reliable delivery. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, hands-on cloud infrastructure with AWS/EKS, and governance-driven tooling to support PCI-DSS and SOC 2 environments

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong AWS and Kubernetes production experience.
• Hands-on with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to document decisions and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and improve the cloud-native Payrix platform.
• Define golden paths for services using EKS, IaC, and GitHub Actions.
• Reduce friction by turning manual steps into automated workflows.
• Create platform docs, runbooks, and implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enable self-service capabilities.
