Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in software platforms or IT
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
- Hands-on GCP experience required (Compute Engine, IAM, APIs)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of core software & information platforms
- Provide platform metrics and proactively identify patterns to improve stability
- Break down complex initiatives into small actionable work items
- Troubleshoot platform and cloud issues; perform root-cause analysis for stability
- Establish platform standards, best practices, and governance across cloud architectures
- Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into robust platform designs
- Mentor engineers with architectural insights and code reviews
