Cardinal Health is seeking a senior leader for Software & Information Platforms to design, develop, and enhance core platform capabilities across cloud architectures. You will drive stability, performance, and governance while translating business requirements into robust platform designs and reusable components.

The role requires extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, and API ecosystems, plus mentoring and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience, preferred.
• 5+ years of hands‑on GCP experience in products like Compute Engine, IAM and APIs.
• Experience maintaining Databricks platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and enhancement of core software & information platforms.
• Provide platform metrics and proactively identify patterns to improve platform stability.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and cloud issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive long‑term stability and performance improvements.
• Mentor engineers across teams with architectural insights and code reviews.
