Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related technical field.
• At least 6 years in enterprise IT, systems engineering, or cybersecurity roles.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience architecting, administering, and securing a large-scale Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environment.
• Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or managing services across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain enterprise-wide Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Translate business objectives and risk tolerance into platform configurations and data handling policies.
• Partner with IAM, security, and risk teams to implement MFA, SSO, and context-aware access.
• Collaborate with product, risk, legal, and HR to apply data retention and eDiscovery controls.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
