Job summary

STSI Group is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable platforms and drive initiatives that improve developer experience. You will own automation efforts for infrastructure and application delivery and serve as a technical mentor for engineers.

You will champion DevOps practices, define SRE-related targets for MTTR and deployment frequency, and shape the toolchain for CI/CD so that the software lifecycle is fast, secure, and reliable.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong coding/scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of platforms and improve developer experience.
• Own automation initiatives and self-service infra delivery.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code/architecture reviews.
