Sprinter Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build the foundations that scale our platform. You will own internal tooling, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure across teams, enabling faster, safer software delivery.

You'll work hands-on across application code, infrastructure, and operations, partnering with engineers to improve developer productivity and system reliability. A hybrid office in San Francisco supports collaboration and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building backend or platform systems in production.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to ship internal tools and developer platforms.
• Hands-on with AWS and serverless architectures.
• Strong collaboration across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity.
