Job summary

PerfectServe is building a new data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. You will own the AWS footprint, define deployment paths with GitOps, and implement least-privilege access for production data across multiple tenants. You will administer Kubernetes workloads, partner with security, and automate operations for reliability.

The role emphasizes building a secure, auditable, and scalable data platform with a strong focus on automation and observability, in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Depth in AWS and platform-as-code for data platforms.
• Experience with least-privilege access and auditable deployments.
• Kubernetes administration and observability for production workloads.
• Automation-first mindset with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps.
• Familiarity with healthcare/regulatory data environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS infrastructure for the data platform, defined as code.
• Build and maintain deployment paths using GitOps and CD.
• Design least-privilege access to production data sources.
• Stand up observability and monitoring for the platform.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with security and data teams for PHI multi-tenant needs.
• Automate operations to reduce manual work.
