Job summary

PerfectServe in the United States is building a new data platform and data pipelines. You will work with a staff data engineer and a platform engineer, taking ownership from production source systems through the warehouse.

You’ll apply dbt, dimensional modeling, and ELT orchestration in Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift, on AWS, deploying pipelines with tests and data quality checks. Remote-friendly environment with strong growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines with production ownership.
• Strong SQL and at least one programming language.
• Hands-on with transformation frameworks like dbt.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
• Experience with ELT and orchestration (Fivetran, Airflow).
• Working knowledge of AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines from production source systems.
• Write transformation models that turn raw data into trusted datasets.
• Apply dimensional and medallion modeling patterns as the warehouse takes shape.
• Deploy pipelines to production with proper testing and data quality checks.
• Contribute to data model and schema design and design reviews.
• Document builds, including runbooks for owned pipelines.
