Job summary

ZenBusiness Inc. is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to advance our Developer Platform and AI tooling, with a focus on scalable CI/CD, Kubernetes, and secure, observable infrastructure. This remote role collaborates across teams to simplify design and accelerate product delivery.

You will work on agentic assistants, multi-agent orchestration, and tooling that leverages LLMs, while ensuring reliability, security, and rapid iteration across the platform.

Qualifications

• , Track record building platform capabilities with outcomes in velocity, reliability, or quality.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and reusable pipeline components such as GitHub Actions.
• Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD) and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• AI for engineering: prompt design, multi-agent orchestration, safety/guardrails, and LLM integration into code/review workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Bash across stacks; strong security and runtime hardening.

Responsibilities

• Work with developer platform to improve developer experience and delivery speed from design to rollout, enablement, and measurement.
• Understand roadmap connections to business and simplify product/technical design.
• Build and scale AI-powered developer tooling with agentic coding and review workflows using LLMs.
• Develop policy/guardrail-aware assistants for code changes and automation.
• Create prompt libraries, service manuals, and docs to drive adoption and reduce support load.
• Evolve CI/CD platform for faster, observable, and adoptable deployments.
• Improve Kubernetes-based platform reliability and security with resilient rollout strategies.
