Qualifications

• 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software language.
• 4+ years of leading design or architecture (patterns, reliability, scaling).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered capabilities on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore (content discovery, guidance, summaries, lead scoring, authoring, playthroughs).
• Design multi-tenant content management & integration APIs with sandbox environments for partners.
• Evolve authentication across identity providers for partner access and cross-tenant sharing.
• Lead design reviews, mentor backend/frontend engineers, and maintain runbooks and on-call health.
