Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to shape the Catalog & Events services within Workshop Studio. You will lead backend and frontend engineers, design multi-tenant content management APIs, and advance agentic AI features powering content discovery and validation.

You will own production health, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with AWS partner teams to scale sandbox environments and integration endpoints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 4+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Agentic AI Systems: Build AI-powered capabilities on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for content discovery and guidance.
• Multi-Tenant Platform & Integration APIs: Design multi-tenant content management with per-partner isolation and APIs.
• Authentication & Authorization: Evolve the auth architecture across identity providers to support cross-tenant access.
• Technical Leadership & Operational Excellence: Lead reviews, mentor engineers, and own production health and runbooks.
