Job summary

Gravitee is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and maintain Gravitee's cloud infrastructure, powering the API platform and upcoming AI Agent Management workloads. You will deliver production‑ready, Kubernetes‑based environments and support customers with deep technical expertise.

The role emphasizes hands‑on problem solving, automation, and collaboration across platform teams, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence tooling and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Fluency with creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management (ZeroSSL, Let's Encrypt).
• Experience with continuous delivery tools (Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts).
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure, including environments that support AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
• Deliver production-ready, Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environments - not just POCs.
• Assist the support team to help customers have the best experience possible with our products.
• Work with other team members to develop and maintain new infrastructure features.
• Share your knowledge (tech and non-tech) during internal Gravitee TechTalks.
• Lead investigation of support tickets and work collaboratively to resolve customer issues.
• Create knowledge articles to complete documentation and enable customers to better understand product use cases.
• Be innovative within the team to help improve processes and tools, including exploring AI-driven automation for operations.
