Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced infrastructure engineer to drive Gravitee NextGen Cloud deployments in a Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environment. You will help scale AI gateway workloads, build reliable platforms, and collaborate across teams.

The role emphasizes automation, Terraform, Helm, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) with strong observability through Grafana and Prometheus. You will contribute to AI-enabled workflows and maintain high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Fluency with creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management (ZeroSSL, Let's Encrypt).
• Experience with continuous delivery tools (Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts).
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in delivering Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure, including AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
• Deliver production-ready, Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environments
• Assist the support team to help customers have the best experience possible with Gravitee products
• Work with team members to develop and maintain new infrastructure features
• Share technical and non-technical knowledge during internal Gravitee TechTalks
• Lead investigation of support tickets and collaborate to resolve customer issues
• Create knowledge articles to complete documentation and enable customers to better understand product use cases
• Improve processes and tools, including exploring AI-driven automation for operations
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate work and improve processes, reliability, documentation, and incident analysis
• Contribute ideas for safely integrating AI into the platform, infrastructure, and internal tooling
