Qualifications

• Experience improving tooling, release processes, or engineering workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain observability and monitoring (Dynatrace).
• Improve modularity and scalability of code infrastructure.
• Develop CI/CD capabilities using Bitbucket pipelines.
• Standardize branching, build, release, deployment strategies.
• Maintain Terraform stacks for IaC practices.
• Create release and stability dashboards for performance insights.
• Support and improve code-release processes for reliable deployment.
• Define standards for stability across DataLabs projects.
• Collaborate with teams to reduce development friction.
